For our homeowners looking for a refresh of their current space while making use of many of the items they already have.

$10,000/ room

$10k/ room all-in non-refundable flat rate due at consultation. Rooms that require renovation or furniture a part from small accent pieces may not qualify for this package or may be subject to additional fees to cover furniture or labor costs. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed to at the consult prior to any purchases being made. Installs and reveal typically done within 2-4 weeks of initial consult.

Price determined at Consult

Pricing varies based on the scope and complexity of your project. Design fees typically range from $3k-$10K/ room and will be estimated at your design consult. $30k/ room minimum furniture budget required in addition to a $30k/ room minimum budget for projects that include remodeling.

Q u e s t i o n s & P O L I C I E S

  • In most cases, yes. However, we leave this up to our design team to determine which services, design drawings, or presentation images are necessary in conveying our design proposal to you. If any portion of our design package is deemed unnecessary, we will let you know so there are no surprises.

  • LiDAR is an acronym for “Light Detection and Ranging,” and uses lasers to measure the distance, shape, and orientation of three-dimensional objects. Whenever we deem necessary, especially for larger scale projects, we use this technology to capture and create an exceptionally accurate scan of your space.
